From Field to Flagon
Welcome to our multi-award-winning microbrewery that is housed in a renovated sawmill on a heritage site in Heckington, rural Lincolnshire.
We share our site with the UK’s only eight-sailed tower windmill that’s still standing and has its sails intact.
Our Core Range

Brewed using East Anglian barley and British hops wherever possible, our range comprises six all year-round beers that are complemented by our occasional beers whose styles reflect the seasons. Inspired by our site and surroundings, our beer names include Windy Miller, Fenman, King John’s Jewels and Rolling Stone that was created in partnership with Heckington Windmill who set aside stones for milling the barley used to brew the beer (until the windmill broke!). We specialise in cask and bottle-conditioned beers in a range of styles from traditional and modern to suit all tastes. |

Our brewery shop is a beer lover's heaven selling everything from bottle-conditioned beer through 8 Sail merchandise to four-pint growlers of whatever's on the bar in the brewery tap and a bespoke mug to drink it from.
